What We Care For | The Chosen African Child Uganda

We don’t just meet needs—we rescue, raise, and release Uganda’s chosen children through Christ-centered programs that break the cycle of poverty forever.

At The Chosen African Child Uganda, we believe every child deserves love, hope, and a future. Founded on the truth that every child is chosen by God, our programs provide comprehensive care that addresses spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual needs. From education to vocational skills, we walk alongside vulnerable children and their families so they can become agents of change in their communities.

Education Support

We believe education is the key to breaking poverty’s grip. Through CAC Uganda, children receive school fees, uniforms, books, supplies, tutoring, and mentoring. We support early childhood development, primary and secondary education, and vocational scholarships—ensuring no child is left behind because of cost.

Health & Nutrition

Good health starts with proper nutrition and care. We provide daily nutritious meals at our feeding centers, monthly medical check-ups, deworming, clean water projects, hygiene training, and specialized support for children living with HIV/AIDS. Every child deserves to grow strong and healthy.

Spiritual & Emotional Development

We know true hope comes from Jesus. Our Bible-based discipleship, mentoring, trauma healing, and counseling help children heal from past pain and build resilience. Annual kids’ camps and Vacation Bible School (VBS) events create joyful memories and lifelong faith foundations.

Family Empowerment & Preservation

We believe children thrive best in families. Instead of institutions, we prioritize keeping families together through caregiver training, micro-loans, emergency support, foster care, and reintegration programs—preventing abandonment and building stronger homes.

Skills & Vocational Training

For older youth, we provide life-changing vocational training in tailoring, carpentry, hairdressing, agriculture, IT, and entrepreneurship—complete with start-up grants. We equip teens to become self-sufficient and give back to their communities.

Real Change Starts Here

Every program is rooted in the love of Christ and designed to create lasting transformation. When you sponsor a child or give to CAC Uganda, you’re not just meeting a need—you’re changing a story.
